When a patient arrived at a hospital in Texas with Ebola, a nurse felt threatened to the exposure of the virus.  After unfortunately receiving the virus, she decided to file injury claims towards the hospital.  The nurse stated that the hospital failed to properly prepare the staff that was going to treat the infected patient, failed to implement practical care, and as an invitee of the hospital the owners of the hospital failed to keep the building safe.

If ever injured on circumstances similar to these, turn to the Power Liens directory, the largest directory of physicians working on liens.
